Brussels Sprout Kimchi
ingredients
4 brussels sprouts, sliced into slivers
1 granny smith apple, sliced into matchsticks
1/2 T ginger, finely diced
2 t sesame oil
1/2 T gochugaru (ground red pepper flakes)
1 t sugar
salt and pepper to taste
directions
Combine all ingredients and let marinate for at least ten minutes. Makes two servings.
