3/4 C skim milk
1 large egg
1/2 C flour
1 T melted margarine
Combine all ingredients and chill for 20 minutes. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat pan on medium-high heat for 1 minute. Ladle batter into pan, swirling pan to evenly distribute the batter. Let sit until batter bubbles lightly and crepe releases itself from pan. Flip and let cook through.
Nutella makes a great sweet filling, ham and swiss or brie make for a lovely, savory filling.
