Turnips Sauteed in Butter
ingredients
6 medium turnips
3 T butter
salt and pepper
directions
Peel and cube turnips. Melt butter in pan over medium heat. Add turnip chunks. Cover and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until bottom of turnips are golden brown. Remove from heat, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
