Cilantro Chicken Burgers

1 lb. ground chicken
1/2 C chopped cilantro
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 t soy sauce
1 t cumin
salt and pepper
4 leaves lettuce
1 tomato, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
4 hamburger buns

Combine chicken, cilantro, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, salt and pepper into a bowl. Shape into 4 patties about 1″ thick.

Coat a grill pan or skillet with cooking spray and set over medium heat. When pan is hot, add patties and cook 5-6 minutes per side. Chicken will cook a bit off the heat as well.

Mix mayonnaise and wasabi to taste. Assemble burger.

Can substitute turkey in place of chicken.
