Chicken, Onion and Orzo
ingredients
6 chicken drumsticks
2 white onions, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 C water
1 C orzo
olive oil
directions
Heat olive oil in a sauce pan and brown chicken. Remove chicken from pan. Add onions and saute until transluscent. Add soup mix and water and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat, add orzo and chicken, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
