Pork Chops – Chinese Style

4 center cut pork chops
1/2 C soy sauce
1/4 C xiao xing wine
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 T sugar

Marinate pork chops in soy sauce, xiao xing wine, sugar and garlic for 30 minutes to 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 450° F. Place chops on broiler pan and bake 8 minutes on one side, and 8 minutes on the other. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
