Corn Pudding

3 eggs
2 C whole kernel corn
1 1/2 T sugar
1/2 t salt
1 C bread crumbs
2 T melted butter
2 C milk
1/2 C cream

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Stir in corn, sugar, bread crumbs and butter. add cream and milk, mixing well.

Pour mixture into prepared casserole and place dish in roasting pan. Fill roasting pan with boiling water up to midway point of casserole. Bake 50 to 60 minutes, until set.
