Tofu with Preserved Duck Eggs

1 preserved duck egg, diced (I like the Wei-Chuan brand, from Taiwan)
1/2 block soft tofu, cut into small 1/2″ blocks
1 green onion, diced
2 T soy sauce
1/2 T sesame oil

Mix all ingredients together and serve chilled.  Perfect as a light summer lunch, or casual appetizer.
