Parmesan and Paprika Tilapia

1 lb. tilapia filets
8 T mayonnaise
1/2 C parmesan
1/2 t garlic
1/2 t paprika
1/3 C seasoned bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease a baking dish and set aside. Place tilapia in baking dish. Stir together mayonnaise, parmesan, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper. Spread mixture evenly over top of tilapia. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake approximately 18 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
