Longevity Noodles

ingredients
1 T water
3 T soy sauce
1 t white pepper
1 t minced ginger
1/2 t corn starch
20 medium shrimp
vegetable oil
2 C sliced fresh shitake mushrooms
1 C chopped carrot
8 oz cooked spaghetti
1 T white vinegar
3 green onions, sliced

directions
Combine first five ingredients (water through corn starch). Marinate shrimp in mixture for about 15 minutes. Heat oil over medium heat and saute shrimp 2-3 minutes. Add carrots and shitake mushrooms. Saute another 2 minutes. Add in pasta, green onions, vinegar and salt and cook an additional 2 minutes.
