Swedish Pancakes

4 eggs
2 C milk
1/2 C all-purpose flour
1 T sugar
1 pinch salt
2 T melted butter
butter for cooking

In a large bowl, beat the eggs.  Then add remaining ingredients and mix into a thin batter.  Melt a small pat of butter, maybe a quarter tablespoon, in a large pan over medium heat.  When the butter melts, pour a thin layer of batter into the pan, tilting it to spread batter to the edges.  Cook until the top surface is dry, about three minutes, then flip the pancake to brown the other side.

Can be served with powdered sugar, butter and maple syrup.
