Instant Pot Tortellini Soup

1 T olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1 lb. ground turkey
20 oz frozen tortellini
28 oz can diced tomatoes
5 C chicken broth
1 t oregano
1 t sage
1 T basil
1 T garlic salt
ground black pepper
mushroom seasoning
.5 pint heavy cream
8 oz baby spinach

Add olive oil to the Instant Pot insert and set to saute. Add onions and ground turkey and cook until brown. Turn off saute.

Add everything except the cream and spinach. Set Instant Pot to “Soup.”

Instant Pot will run for about 40 minutes. Once the cook cycle is done, stir in cream and spinach. Salt and pepper to taste.
