Roasted Broccoli with Lemon and Parmesan

2 broccoli crowns
1/2 T red pepper flakes
olive oil
salt and pepper
zest of 1/2 a lemon
juice from 1/2 a lemon
1/3 c parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 425 ° F. Cut the broccoli florets from the stalks and toss with olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Spread broccoli florets flat on a sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven, drizzle with a little more olive oil and toss with lemon juice. Plate, then garnish with lemon zest and parmesan cheese.
