4 C tortilla chips
2 1/2 C Mexican tomato sauce
4 T green mole
1/2 C chicken broth
2 bay leaves
2 C grated manchego cheese
1/3 C crema
chicken (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 ° F. In a pot, bring tomato sauce, mole, chicken broth and bay leaves to a simmer. In a greased glass casserole, layer tortilla chips, cheese, sauce, crema and chicken. Continue layering, and top with sauce and cheese. Cover casserole with foil and bake 20 minutes.
