Steamed Pork with Ground Rice

1 lb pork country ribs, cubed
4 T soy sauce
1 Tsweet bean paste
3 T chili bean paste
3 T xiao xing wine
pinch of salt and sugar
1 box steam powder (1.76 oz.)

In a glass bowl, marinate cubed pork in soy sauce, bean pastes, xiao xing wine, salt and sugar at least 3 hours. Toss with steam powder. Fill stock pot about a quarter of the way full with water. Place bowl in stock pot, sitting on a rack. Let steam over medium heat for at least 40 minutes.
