Hamburger and Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 lb ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 C milk
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
2 T olive oil
Set a skillet over medium-high heat, and add olive oil. When oil is hot, add ground beef and brown it. Drain beef.
Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Set heat to low and let simmer, stirring occasionally, until thick.
Serve over steamed rice or noodles for the ultimate in comfort food.
