Crockpot Chicken Tacos
ingredients
4 frozen chicken breasts
1 16 oz. jar of salsa
1 can of pinto beans, drained
1 can of corn, drained
1 C of sour cream
shredded cheddar
flour tortillas or tortilla chips
directions
Grease the crockpot, Add chicken, then cover with salsa, pinto beans and corn. Cook 6 to 8 hours. Add sour cream an hour before serving. Serve with warm flour tortillas and shredded cheddar.
