Sausage and Egg Casserole

1 pound bulk breakfast sausage
3 C cubed challah
2 C skim milk
1 1/2 C egg substitute
1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese
cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350° F. Cook sausage in a large skillet, stirring sausage so that it browns and crumbles. Drain well.

Coat a 13″x9″ casserole dish with cooking spray. Add sausage, bread, milk, egg substitute and cheese to casserole dish. Bake about 45 minutes or until set.
