2 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 C half-and-half
1 C whipping cream
veggies and/or cheese
1-1/2 T butter
salt and pepper
pie crust

Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly saute vegetables in butter. Beat together eggs, half-and-half and whipping cream. Salt and pepper egg mixture. Cover bottom of pie crust with sauted vegetables, then pour egg mixture on top. Top with cheese. Bake 40 minutes, or until set.
