Chicago Chili Mac

1 lb. ground turkey
28 oz. diced tomatoes
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 t salt
1 T Worcestershire
2 T chili powder
1 T cayenne pepper
1 t cumin
1 t marjoram
2 T sugar
1 bay leaf
1-2 C tomato sauce
2 15.5 oz. cans red kidney beans
Tabasco sauce
8 oz. macaroni
toppings: sour cream, shredded cheddar, chopped onions, oyster crackers

Brown turkey in a dutch oven. Add tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt, Worcestershire, chili, cayenne, marjoram, pepper, sugar, bay leaf and one cup of tomato sauce. Simmer for 25 minutes. Add beans, tabasco and more tomato sauce if needed, and let simmer 10 more minutes while preparng macaroni according to package directions.

To serve, ladle chili over macaroni, stir in cheddar, top with sour cream, onions and oyster crackers.
